Hi. I’m Jacquelyn, although I pretty much respond to many names, Mom, Mommy, Mother, Mamma, Ma, Wife, Jackie, Jac. I’m a wife and full-time working mom to three kids and one giant dog. Juggling too much & just trying to make it all work on a budget and still have my sanity at the end of the day!
I have three kiddos – The Mother, The Boy and The Caboose that I loving call #1, #2 and #3 because let’s face it, it’s much easier to get the number out at the end of the day when my brain is mush.
Duke the giant Dane is our family mascot, which I must say fits perfectly. Duke is a gentle giant, generally lazy and just wants to cuddle… Yes all 150 lbs of him.
I couldn’t do life without my other half, Daniel, who helps me keep it all together and is generally the even, calming voice of reason when it all gets to be too much.
Between my 9 to 5, business trips, clients, conference calls, mothering, PTO meetings, school events, cleaning, cooking and sports 4-5 days a week, I feel like I am always looking for extra hours in the day. But, we all get the same 24 hours each day to balance and make it all work (however, if you plan to sleep at all you’re down to like 16-18). So, this blog is meant to be my collection of the HOW we make this life work. In hopes that it will inspire some along the way and cultivate a community for sharing and helping each-other on this journey we call life.
